Connecting with Community Resources

Providing access to programs within the community is a key function of HandUp23 Foundation Incorporated. There are countless programs that go unused or under utilized due to lack of knowledge or a means to get to it. No man (or woman) is an island. Now, more than ever, the entire world is understanding the importance of human connection and people are actively connecting with the people they know (and the people they want to know) in new and innovative ways.
